WELCOME TO OUR REBRAND.

WHY the rebrand, you ask?

Let's take a secondary back in our history first:

The SaskFive Giants 18UAAA team was only created in 2020 during the chaos of covid when players in our zone were no longer able to register in Saskatoon to play baseball. By adding an 18UAAA team to the established SaskFive Giant association, we duplicated an already present team name of the Saskatoon Giants.

Picture this – seven teams battling it out in the North Division, and two of them sharing the same title. Yeah, we were one of them. Now, we love our Giant identity, but the clash of names in the 18U AAA division had us and a few others scratching our heads.

Our 2023 team had a passionate vision and put their creative minds to work to dream up the rebrand of our team. They came up with a fresh start, a new name while still giving a nod to our roots. We're keeping the "Sask Five" vibe alive but blending it seamlessly with a sick new team name.

Gone are the SaskFive Giants at the 18UAAA level; you are now in the Marlins era.

This isn't just a rebrand – it's a whole new chapter in our baseball story. Come join us as we shake things up, celebrate our journey, and hit the field with a brand new identity.
